FAQs

What do we need at home to attend the classes smoothly? What if our internet is slow or keeps dropping?

You only need a laptop/desktop or tablet, a working webcam & microphone, and an internet speed of just 4–6 Mbps (most broadband/4G/5G plans easily manage this). 

How much screen time will my child really have? Is it safe and healthy?

Classes are short and sweet: 30- 45 minutes, only 1–2 times a week depending on the course. That’s far less than the 2-hour daily limit recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and Indian Pediatric Association for educational screen time. 

More importantly, these are live, interactive sessions full of fun activities, games, and discussions – not passive YouTube watching. Hundreds of parents tell us their child actually looks forward to class!

What if my child does not like the course after we pay? Can we get our money back?

We completely understand – that’s why every course starts with 1 absolutely free demo class. Only when you and your child are happy with the demo session do we ask for payment. 

Even after enrolling: 

- 100% full refund if you change your mind within 7 days of purchase (no questions asked). 

- If classes have already started, we still give 100% refund (minus the classes already taken) within the first 7 days.
